- We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

- Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across Bangladesh within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery delays due to natural disasters, holidays, or courier issues are not the responsibility of Luminous Trade Inc.

6. Returns & Refunds
- Products can be returned within 7 days if they are unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued after inspection and are processed within 2–3 business days.

7. Intellectual Property
- All content including logos, images, and texts are the intellectual property of Luminous Trade Inc and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Prohibited Activities
- You agree not to misuse our platform, including but not limited to hacking, spreading malware, or uploading false information.
